As a scientific worker, probably you are required to publish some number of SCI papers, in order to get your Ph.D degree if you are a master student or get a promotion if you are a young teacher. However, do you really know what rewards are for publishing SCI papers?In this report, I will talk about reasons to publish and how to write and publish a scientific paper in a SCI journal. Besides, some basic writing skills will be introduced. This talk aims to help you lead a happy scientific researcher’s life.

韩洋博士简介：

韩洋博士主要从事关于材料的力学、热输运、热电性质和电磁性质等方面的数值模拟研究。2009年9月，进入南京大学物理系学习，并于2014年7月获得理学博士学位。之后赴德国RWTH Aachen University进行为期两年的博士后研究工作，2016年11月聘为动力与能源工程学院副教授，从事教学科研工作。目前正在法国Universitéde Lorraine继续博士后研究。在理论计算和数值模拟领域，共发表SCI论文16篇，其中第1作者9篇，他引近百次。另外，两次以第1作者身份，在1区杂志Nanotechnology发表亮点文章。
